About Membership at Pine Grove Country Club
As the saying goes, "membership has its privileges", and Pine
Grove Country Club is no exception. Pine Grove's proximity to
residential and commercial areas and its personalized pro shop services
allow members and guests to get out on the course quickly and
efficiently. The clubhouse provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for
refreshments after a round of golf. The locker room, cart storage,
club storage,and driving range services avaialable round out the value of this
historic and beautiful club.
Pine Grove Country Club is a semiprivate golf club. An elected board of
directors governs the club. Directors serve three-year terms. Club
operations are carried out by the food and beverage manager, the course
superintendent, the golf professional, and the office manager.
In addition to a full range of golf services, members and their guests
enjoy business or social lunch during the week, special menus on Tuesday
and Wednesday evenings, and fine dining on Friday. The Main Bar offers
pub, pizza and appetizer menus as announced. Services continue through
winter months Wednesdays through Fridays. Banquet services are available
to members, and non-members who are sponsored by members, year around.

Types of Memberships Available
- 2011 Golf Membership includes unlimited golf, and full
membership privileges.
- 2011 Golf Plus One Membership is for couples who do not
have dependent children and only one spouse plays golf. Includes unlimited golf for one spouse and social
membership privileges for the non-golfing spouse.
- Clergy Golf Membership is golf membership at a special rate. Refer to About Membership 2011
for more details.
- 2011 Starter Golf Membership is golf membership, with two rate levels:
- Starter Golf Membership - Level 1 for ages 25 to 24
- Starter Golf Membership - Level 2 for ages 30 to 34.
- 2011 Trial Golf Membership is an introductory membership. It is a one-time,
one-year opportunity for someone to try a golf membership out. If the trial member
becomes a full member the next year, 1/2 the trial fee is applied to initiation.
- 2011 Youth Incentive Membership for golfers age 18
to 24 to enjoy. The annual flat fee can be reduced even further by recruiting up to
three additional youth incentive membership applicants.
- 2011 Junior Golf Membership provides elementary and
secondary students with junior golf privileges. The Junior
golfer's parents or guardians have social membership privileges.
- 2011 Social Membership includes full access to clubhouse facility and
five (tee) times of golf at guest rates, during open play times.
Initiation
Initiation is a one-time fee paid by golf, starter, and social members.
Payment options are available. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable and
remains with the account for life. See individual brochures for rates.
Annual Dues
Annual dues vary for each membership. Membership is renewed annually
and follows the calendar year. A dues installment option is available.
- Dues are paid by all members. Refer to "About Membership"
for rates.
- Food & Beverage Minimum is paid by all members
with the exception of Youth Incentive and Trial Golf. This is an annual spending requirement, with credit
for food and beverage purchases applied monthly.
Additional Services Available
- Cart Storage is available for personally owned carts in
storage sheds on the course or in the storage area below the clubhouse.
- Lockers are available in the men's and ladies locker
rooms. Full and half lockers are available.
- Cart rental is available. A discount punch card is available for
frequent users.
- Club storage is available through the pro shop. Pro shop staff will
have your clubs cleaned ready for you each time you golf.
Storage is available year-round.
- Driving range services

- Junior golf program
Course Use
- Tee times and registration are required
- Soft spikes are mandatory
- Grandchild rates are available.

- 7:00 to 11:00 a.m., members and their guests only
- After 11:00 a.m. - Open Play
Monday:
- Open Play all day
- The course will be closed until noon on certain Mondays for
maintenance. Check the

Tuesday:
- Women golfers only all day through September
- Members Only - guests are permitted only if playing with a member
Wednesday:
- Men golfers only all day through October 31st
- Members Only - guests are permitted only if playing with a member
Thursday:
- Open Play 7:00 a.m. to Noon
- After Noon - Members Only - guests are permitted only if playing
with a member
Friday:
- Open Play - 7:00 a.m. to Noon
- After Noon - Members Only - guests are permitted only if playing
with a member
To Apply
Application Form - Complete the
membership application form and submit
it along with the application fee to the club office staff. The application
will be submitted to the board of directors for approval. Following board approval,
the application fee is deposited and the applicant is admitted to membership.
The fee may be paid using cash, check, or credit card.
The Application Fee - The fee submitted with Golf, Social
or Starter Membership applications will be applied to initiation. The fee
submitted with trial and youth incentive memberships is the flat fee for
membership. Applications may be withdrawn prior to board approval.
However, once an application is approved, the fee submitted, and any
additional amount submitted, is non-refundable.
Family or Golf Plus One or Single Eligibility -
- Family Membership includes spouses(either a legally married husband and
wife or any two unmarried adults residing in the same household)and any dependent children.
- Golf Plus One Membership includes a primary member who has full
golf member privileges, and that member's spouse(either a legally married
husband and wife or any two unmarried adults residing in the same household)
who has full social member privileges. If either has dependent children,
they are not eligible for this membership.
- Single Membership is available to individuals who do not have a
spouse or dependent children.
Re-Entry Applications - Applicants who were members
previously must submit an application to be approved by the board of
directors. The re-entry fee, 20% of current dues, has been waived for now.
If there is a wait list for golf membership, re-entry applicants follow the
same policies as other wait list members.
