Clubhouse Services

The clubhouse at Pine grove Country Club offers restaurant and banquet services, pro shop services, locker rooms, and underground cart storage.

Food, Beverage and Event Services

A variety of services are offered on a daily basis. Consult the club Calender for details.

For Members and Their Guests Only

• Lunch is served Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM in the Hearth Room for members and their guests only. The Hearth Room provides comfortable hearthside dining along with a panoramic view of the 1st and 18th holes.
• Tuesdays, during the golf season, are reserved for lady members and their guests after 1:30 PM in the Hearth Room and Main and Member Bar.
• Wednesdays, during the golf season, are reserved for gentlemen members and their quests after 1:30 PM in the Hearth Room and Main and Member Bar.
• Wednesdays and Thursdays, during the off-season, are open to all members and their guests. Bar, menu and snack services are available beginning at 5:00 PM in the main or clubroom bar.
• Friday dining provides a fine-dining experience in the Hearth Room from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In addition to the regular menu, weekly features are offered. Friday dining is not available from mid-November through December.

For Members or Non-Members

• The Main or Member Bars offer lunch and bar services for members and non-members alike Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Event Services for Members or Sponsored Non-Members

Services for weddings, anniversaries, graduation parties, business or organizational meetings, seminars, class reunions, bridal or baby showers, birthday parties, breakfasts, brunches, luncheons, or dinners are available. Buffet, hors d'oeuvres, or sit-down dinner menus provide options appropriate for any event.

Because Pine Grove is a semi-private golf club, non-member events must be sponsored by a member and non-members may not book events sooner than one year in advance.

Food, Beverage and Event Facility

Hearth Room

The Hearth Room seats up to 72 people. It is situated between the Main Bar and the White Pines Room, with connecting French doors. Daily lunch and Friday dining are held in the Hearth Room.

White Pines Room

The White Pines Room seats up to 144 people. In combination with the Hearth Room, 216 people can be seated for individual or plated service. Groups larger than this accommodated with buffet or hors d'oeuvres station service. Both rooms open out onto the Veranda.

Veranda

Veranda seating is open along the entire south side of the building with access doors to the White Pines Room, the Hearth Room, and the Main and Member Bars. Event, lunch and/or pub menu, and beverage services are available on the Veranda upon request.

Main Bar

The Main Bar Provides an excellent gathering place throughout the day and prior to special events for members and non-members alike. Pub menu is available Monday through Saturday in the main bar throughout the golf season. The main bar features a stone fireplace and televisions in the four corners of the structure over the bar. A big-screen television provides additional viewing. In addition to bar seating, tall table seating and standard seating is available.

Member Bar

The Member Bar provides a lounge atmosphere with its deep-cushioned chairs and horseshoe bar. The member bar can accommodate up to 45 people for meals, meetings, or just a friendly game of cards. The member bar also provides an optional service area when private events occupy other areas of the clubhouse.

Main Entry and Lounge

The main entry and lounge provide an excellent reception area and link to the Hearth Room, the White Pines Room, and the Main Bar. Spacious enough for skirted tables, displays, and receiving lines, this area also provides excellent photo opportunities in front of the fireplace and mantel.

Other Services

Pro Shop Services

Pine Grove Pro Shop provides a complete line of golf merchandise including golf clubs and bags, golf shoes, apparel, and all items necessry to the game of golf. Other services include: golf lessons (group or private), range membership, club and bag storage, golf club maintenance, handicapping services.

Locker Rooms

Men's and ladies' locker rooms are available. Lockers are either full or half-sized, $50.00 and $25.00 respectively. Showers and towels are included in this service. Basic toiletries are provided as a courtesy.

Personal Cart Storage

Year-round personal cart storage is available in outdoor shelters as well as in the lower level of the clubhouse. Outdoor shelter cost is $210.00 for electric carts and $195.00 for gas carts. Cart storage in the lower level of the clubhouse is $400.00 per year.
